Drop off hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 9am-2pm
Basic furniture, clothing, home and baby goods are welcome any time we are open (not when we are closed). We do not pick up from homes. We are happy to unload your vehicle and no appointment is necessary. PLEASE DO NOT DONATE DECORATIVE OR OTHER NON ESSENTIAL ITEMS. Our mission is to fill orders for the most basic things. We are a zero waste Goods Bank and cannot accept items that our clients cannot use. Thanks for helping us to stick to our mission by keeping to basic useful items. Most of our clients live in small apartments on the third floor and have health issues or small children. Large or decorative items simply will not fit in the space.

Snow: when Lowell Public Schools are closed message on answering machine by 8am
Always call first if in doubt 978-441-9474. We put a message on the machine by 7:30am if we will be closed such as on snow days. Holiday? Bad weather? Power out? Call first before loading up. We put a message on the answering machine by 8 am that day if we will be closed. Usually, if the Lowell Public Schools are closed due to snow, we are closed. We can unload your truck or car. No problem!
Please do not leave items when we are closed. They get ruined and it is against the law. We have to pay to recycle damaged furniture and goods.
Client pickup hours at warehouse:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9-12pm and Sat 11-2pm. No appointment is needed to pick up during client pick up hours.
