We welcome new partners
In order to be a referring partner, a social service agency must work directly with clients, providing a primary service, and not just referring to other agencies. The agency must do financial intakes or home visits that verify the clients low income status and the need for the goods requested. We like to work with social workers who have an ongoing relationship with their clients (not walk-ins).
Partner agencies pay a yearly administrative fee according to our sliding fee schedule. As partners, agencies choose their fee based on the quantity of furniture wishes and project goods needed per year. Our fees start at $500 per year, and cover our fiscal year beginning on July 1st and ending on June 31st.
Once the fee and paperwork is received, all agency-approved social workers can register, place wishes and check the status of their wishes using our on-line Wish Placement Software.
- Social workers go on line and log into the software.
- They complete the form for each client and submit it.
- The wish is reviewed and, if approved, the social worker receives an approval via email.
- They print off the approval and can either give it to the client, who brings it to our warehouse to pick up the items, or pick up the items themselves.
If you are interested in becoming a partner or have questions, please email us at email@example.com. We’d be happy to have you join us.
