Backpack Attack

June 24, 2025 – August 9, 2025

Goal:
Please help us reach our goal of 2,000 school supply packs to benefit children in need in the Merrimack Valley. Newly filled backpacks are
distributed to children in homeless shelters or low income families via the many social service agencies in the Merrimack Valley that we partner with.

How you can help

• Donate complete bags
• Collect items for bags and we will put the bag together.
• For a $60 donation we can provide a backpack filled with all of the school supplies a child needs to begin school.
• For a $1500 donation you can sponsor a classroom and provide 20 students with filled backpacks.

Items Needed

The following unused items are needed in each pack:

  • 1 New backpack (17” or larger)

  • 3 spiral notebooks

  • 3 folders

  • 1 pack of 10 #2 pencils

  • 1 pencil sharpener

  • 2 or more black pens

  • 1 large pink style or 6 cap erasers

  • 1 12” ruler (with inches and centimeters)

  • 1 pair of metal scissors

  • 1 pack of 12 markers or colored pencils

  • 2 or 3 glue sticks or 1 bottle of glue

  • 1 pack of 24 crayons

  • 1 scientific calculator for high school students
